In order to know the performance of students in the classroom, the salesmen's performance in a month, the number of products produced with quality in any given time, among others, we tend to get the average or the mean that could at least give us a picture of the performances. These measures, the mean, the median, and the mode are very useful in business and in other matters where statistics can be applied.
